Lesson Nine: Subject to One Another

Conformed or Transformed?

In Romans 12:2, Paul urges his readers not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of their minds. His world sought to squeeze people into its mold and our world today does the same. Ephesians 5 can be hard teaching to swallow for people who are saturated in a rights-based, me-before-you culture. The pressure of culture is unrelenting, but the power of the cross will prevail!
