UPDATED: Bible-Reading Retreat, December 2

Set aside December 2 for an extended time reading God’s Word aloud . . . together!

The Basics:

We’ll meet at my house in suburban Chicago for a day in God’s Word reading the writings of the Apostle John—his gospel account, his three letters, and the book of Revelation! You’ll enjoy the fellowship of other women and a time of quiet away from the noise of the world. No stress, no cooking, no obligations, just time with the Lord and others who love Him.

The Number:

Five to Ten

We’ll read in one or two small groups, depending on final numbers.

The Cost:

No cost to you. You can kick in for food if you’d like, but there is no obligation.

The Basic Schedule:

Saturday

8:00 a.m. Continental Breakfast

9:00 a.m.–Noon John

Noon to 1:00 p.m. Lunch

1:00 – 2:30 p.m. 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, Revelation

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Debrief and Share
