Bible-Reading Retreat, March 18-20

Set aside the weekend of March 18–20 for an extended time reading God’s Word aloud . . . together!

The Basics:

We’ll meet at The Hope Ranch in Barrington, Illinois for a weekend in God’s Word—1/2 Kings, Jeremiah, Matthew and more! You’ll enjoy the fellowship of other women and a time of quiet away from the noise of the world. No stress, no cooking, no obligations, just time with the Lord and others who love Him.

The Number:

Fifteen.

We’ll read in small groups of five people per group and switch up groups throughout the weekend.

The Cost:

Here’s the deal. The cost of the weekend will likely be about $2,000. That’s not $2,000 to you, that’s $2,000 for the place, the food, and the incidentals for two nights for 15 people. You can do the math. It comes to $133.33 / person.

If God lays it on your heart to come, please let me know that you are coming. If you can cover $133.33 for yourself, great. If you can’t swing $133.33, contribute what you can. If you’re in a place where you can help cover someone else’s cost and God prompts you to do that, by all means do.

The Next Step:

Send me an email and let me know that you’re coming and if you have any food allergies. We’re still figuring out the best way to collect payments, so if you’re in, just let me know as I am inviting people individually and not casting a wide net.

While this is by invitation only, please reach out to me if there is someone you would like to invite to join us.

Your simple “Yes” holds your place, a “No” from you and I will extend that invite to another. Email me at pamgillaspie@gmail.com to respond or with any questions.
